Welcome to Bee Mindful!
Welcome to Bee Mindful Counseling. I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. This is a place where you can slow down, be fully seen, and find space to breathe. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, navigating old patterns that no longer serve you, or seeking clarity in your relationships, you’ll be met here with compassion and understanding.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that every person carries strengths and wisdom within themselves. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, gently challenge the stories that hold you back, and uncover new tools for resilience. My hope is that through our work, you’ll find not only healing, but also a deeper sense of confidence, connection, and peace.
Compassionate Care, Backed by Experience
Individual & Couples Therapy
I offer supportive, trauma-informed therapy for individuals (ages 8+) and couples. Sessions are tailored to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, relationship struggles, or past trauma, while building resilience, clarity, and connection. Though I don’t provide full family therapy, I collaborate with parents and caregivers to best support you.
Telehealth & In-Office Sessions
Your comfort and accessibility matter. Therapy is available both virtually and in-person, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels best. Whether you prefer the convenience of telehealth or the connection of face-to-face sessions, we meet your needs with the same level of care and support.
Insurance & Payments
As an approved Lyra EAP provider, I offer therapy services for clients in Arizona, North Carolina, and Virginia, where I hold licensure. Through this partnership, individuals can access quality mental health care that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to their unique circumstances.

An Approach That Fits You
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with healthier ways of thinking and coping so you can feel more in control of your life.
Motivational Interviewing
This collaborative style of therapy helps you explore what truly matters to you and uncover your own motivation for change. It’s a supportive way to build confidence and move toward your goals.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT emphasizes balance—accepting yourself as you are while learning new skills to manage emotions, reduce conflict, and improve relationships. It’s especially helpful for navigating intense emotions or challenging situations.
Eclectic Approach
Because no single approach works for everyone, I draw from multiple therapeutic methods to best support your unique needs. This flexibility allows us to create a path that feels personalized and effective for you.
Person-Centered Therapy
Grounded in empathy and unconditional support, person-centered therapy honors your lived experience. In this space, you are seen, heard, and valued—creating the foundation for authentic healing and growth.
Play Therapy
For children, play is their language. Play therapy provides a safe, creative outlet for kids to express emotions, build problem-solving skills, and process experiences in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Your Questions, Answered
-
Your first session is mostly about getting to know you—your story, what brings you in, and what you’d like to work on. We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
